Démocratie au travail :
Democracy at Work est un court métrage documentaire réalisé en 2025 par la réalisatrice Séverine Dieudonné (ancienne journaliste à la BBC) et Attilio Bernasconi. Il explore le mandat du Comité international d’experts de haut niveau sur la démocratie au travail créé par la vice-présidente et ministre du Travail espagnole, Yolanda Diaz, et le relie aux pratiques de l’économie coopérative et sociale qui se sont développées en Espagne, en particulier à Mondragon, une coopérative de travailleurs de renommée mondiale.
Le documentaire met en scène : Yolanda Díaz, ministre du Travail, Teresa Ribera, vice-présidente de la Commission européenne, Mikel Torres, ministre du gouvernement basque, les membres du Comité d’experts : Isabelle Ferreras (présidente) et Sara Lafuente, Almudena Mestre (Sannas) ; UGT (Unión General de Trabajadores) : Fernando Luján de Frías (vice-secrétaire général) et Patricia Ruíz Martínez (secrétaire à la santé au travail), CCOO (Confederación Sindical de Comisiones Obreras) : Carlos Gutiérrez Calderón (secrétaire aux études et à la formation syndicale), Laborales y Economía Social) : Jone Nolte (ASLE), Iñigo Albizuri Landazabal, Saioa Arando Lasagabaster (Mondragon Corporation), etc. Coproduit par l’ASETT.

Democracy at Work is a short documentary filmed in 2025 by director Séverine Dieudonné (former BBC journalist) and Attilio Bernasconi. It explores the mandate of the International High-Level Expert Committee on Democracy at Work established by Vice-President and Minister of Labour of Spain, Yolanda Diaz, and connects it with the practices of the cooperative and social economy that have flourished in Spain, in particular at Mondragon, a world-renowned worker cooperative.
